Greetings, fellow music enthusiasts! Today, I'm thrilled to continue unveiling my archive of tracks on Bandcamp, and this time, I'm delighted to introduce a collaboration that's particularly close to my heart. This track, titled "Intre Timp," which translates to "meanwhile," is the fruit of a creative partnership with my dear friend iON.
"Intre Timp" found its initial home on my record label, Tzinah Records, as part of the "Collectzinah" compilation released in the crisp month of December 2016. Collaborations are a special realm of creativity for me because they offer the opportunity to learn, to expand one's artistic horizons, and to step into the unique creative universe of another artist. It's a genuinely mind-blowing experience.
My connection with iON was solidified during our DJ performances at various gigs. We felt the magic we created together in the DJ booth and wanted to translate that energy into our production efforts. With iON's deep and introspective approach harmonizing with my groove-infused energy, "Intre Timp" became a unique sonic creation. It seamlessly blends elements of minimal, microhouse, and dancefloor-oriented rhythms.
